However, given the current COVID 19 crisis, our operations are a bit slow in some regions. It is so because the safety of your packages is our utmost priority, even under difficult circumstances.

Shipping Methods

  • Express Shipment- takes about 7-10 working days for the goods to be delivered

In the Express shipping option, there is a delivery charge of $20 on orders valued at less than $99. However, if the total value goes above $99, there is no delivery charge.

Upon successful shipping, a tracking link is sent to the customer’s contact number or mail id for easy tracking.

PS- Please note that customers may not be able to track orders sent by Express and Registered Airmail when shipping to another country. Once the shipment reaches the destination country, you can track your product again and will also be provided with a notification of the same.

Returns & Refunds

When do you ship the order?

Depending upon the product type and availability, all our shipments are shipped within a duration of 24-72 working hours of a successful purchase. Once done, we will also send you an email and the order tracking ID to easily track your product.

However, if we are out of stock for the requested product or there is any national emergency, the shipping may get delayed by 5-7 working days. In either of the cases, the buyer receives an email regarding the same with the reason for the delay.

What are the charges for express shipping in Australia?

Express shipping options within Australia cost $20 when the total value of the products is below $99. For orders above the specified price, the delivery charges are completely free.

How to check the status of my order?

A link is shared with the customer when the order is shipped from our side. This link is usually forwarded to both their mobile number as well as email ID for seamless tracking.

The link redirects to our delivery partner’s ‘Product Tracking’ site. From there, customers can get an update regarding their order’s arrival and potential delivery date.

What to do if I get the wrong products?

Although at we assure you of the best of services, we will be more than happy to assist you with a safe return if you have received the wrong product. Each one of our products arrives with a specific return period, within which you will be needed to inform our customer care team. Once done, our executives will help you with the process while simultaneously arranging free re-shipment services for you.

How does the custom clearance process work?

For every international shipment, there is a mandatory custom clearance process before the actual shipping is possible. While the process is generally completed within 1-2 working days, the current COVID-19 crisis may delay 7-9 working days. Similarly, international shipping to red zone areas might also take a longer delivery time due to COVID-19-specific reasons.

Can I order my shipment to a PO box?

Unfortunately, we do not accept shipping requests to PO boxes for safety reasons. Thus, customers are requested to fill in their accurate shipping address, which, when ignored, may lead to misdelivery of the order or return to the company headquarters.
